Brief Answer:
Urine culture and ultrasound advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir, thanks for trusting health care magic
There seems like urinary infection and thus she should get a urine culture done and as there were a lot of RBCs also in urinalysis which are either seen if sample is given during periods or if there is a stone in bladder so in case she wasn't having her periods then get an ultrasound of urinary system as well
Till then she should take a lot of water daily and avoid sexual activity
All the best
