Brief Answer:
it suggests Urinary Tract Infection ( UTI ).

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.
It will be more helpful if you mention more information like:-
1.Any history of fever, headache or lower abdomen pain ?
2.Ant history of burning sensation while urinating ?
After reading your post, it seems that you might be having Urinary Tract Infection (UTI).
Although 2-3 pus cells are insignificant if no fever or no other symptoms of infection are present. Still I would advise that you should get a Culture and Sensitivity test of urine done to know the causative organisms if any and the appropriate antibiotic for it.
Drink lots of water daily.
Few epithelial cells are normally present, especially in females.
I hope this is helpful to you. If you have any further query, I will be happy to help.
Regards. Thanks.

Brief Answer:
get your urine examined.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your response.
As I have mentioned earlier, first get a Culture and Sensitivity test of your urine done.
The reports of this investigation along with a clinical examination will help in planning your medical management.
You can take an antacid like Omeprazole 40mg once a day before meals along with Domperidone 30mg for relief from your symptom of abdominal heaviness.
I hope this answers your query. If you have any further doubts, please mention.
Thanks.
