What Does This Ultrasound Showing Multiple Fibroids Indicate?
Question: I am an unmarried woman of 33 diagnosed of a bulky and non-gravid uterus noted in an anteverted position with heterogeneous myometrial echo texture due to multiple echopenic masses. Masses 1& 2: 64*71 mm and 54*51mm in the posterior myometrium; masses 3: 43 *29 mm in the fungal wall; masses 4 & 5: 29 *25 mm and 22*19 mm in the anterior myometrium. Please advice me on what to do. Can this stop my chances of getting pregnant?

My menstural cycle is okay. I noticed last month that my flow is heavy and constant back and waist pain. My major concern is my loss of weight. I also noticed a hard lump down my abdomen

Weight loss and lump in the lower abdomen can be due to tuberculosis but before reaching any conclusion I want to see your ultrasound report and please give more detailed information about lump( where it is situated, hard or soft in nature).
For how long there is a weight loss.
