What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Question:
I am 22 years old. I have missed my period by 20 days. Help me understand the reports.
What do these reports suggest?

Procedure : Ultrasound Pelvis Findings: Urinary Bladder : is distended and shows normal lumen and walls. Uterus : is normal in size (8.1 x5.2 x3.6 cm) & echotexture. Endometrium appears thickened and measures 13 mm . No focal lesion identified. Cervix is normal. Both ovaries appears bulky and shows multiple small follicles arranged in periphery with echogenic stroma seen in right ovary. Right ovary = 2.3x3.1x3.6 cm, volume =12.8 cc Left ovary = 3.8x3.0x1.8 cm, volume = 11.3 cc No free fluid / collection seen.

Blood report
Prolactin 17.92 ng/ml
TSH 3.110 ulU/ml
Free T4= .98 ng/dl
