What Does This Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Question:
I am 22 years old. I have missed my period by 20 days. Help me understand the reports.
What do these reports suggest?

Procedure : Ultrasound Pelvis Findings: Urinary Bladder : is distended and shows normal lumen and walls. Uterus : is normal in size (8.1 x5.2 x3.6 cm) & echotexture. Endometrium appears thickened and measures 13 mm . No focal lesion identified. Cervix is normal. Both ovaries appears bulky and shows multiple small follicles arranged in periphery with echogenic stroma seen in right ovary. Right ovary = 2.3x3.1x3.6 cm, volume =12.8 cc Left ovary = 3.8x3.0x1.8 cm, volume = 11.3 cc No free fluid / collection seen.

Blood report
Prolactin 17.92 ng/ml
TSH 3.110 ulU/ml
Free T4= .98 ng/dl

The report clearly indicates that you are not pregnant and that you have multiple small cystic follicles in ovaries with each ovary's volume being more than 10cc, indicating that you have PCOD or polycystic ovarian syndrome.
