Question: hi Dr.
my post hysterectomy USG results shows -there's a free in POD & right flank
there's left iliac lymphocele which measures 4.9 x 1.5cm
my too stressed
Plz guide

Mild amount of fluid is normal in pouch of XXXXXXX after hysterectomy due to reactionary fluid. If there is no associated pain then you need not worry. A lymphocele is a benign swelling that usually does not grow much. It is best to wait and get a repeat scan done after 4 weeks to see if it regresses on its own.
