I have a 10 months old baby boy, about 20 days back he had UTI, for that treatment is over. In ultrasound it shows VUR, then we went for MCUG test... In that also reflux is thr... What can be the treatment

Your 10 months old baby boy has been treated for UTI and on MCU detected to have VUR.
I shall be happy if you can post few more details to help me in making precise comments on his problem
1) What is the grade of VUR reported on MCU?
2) Have yo done DMSA scan to find out whether he has any back pressure changes and pyelonephritis ?
3) Does he have Any other congenital abnormality like Posterior Urethral Valves ?
VUR upto grade 3 usually gets corrected as the child grows however Child with VUR usually gets repeated episodes of UTI .Primary objective in treatment is to prevent the child from getting UTI and to save the kidneys from getting damaged (Pyelonephritis)
Following regime helps to keep the disease under control
1) Take prophylactic antibiotic like combination of Trimethoprim and Sulfamethoxazole ( Bactrim) or Norfloxacin till the age of 6 years or VUR is completely resolved
2) Get his routine urine tests done every two months and urine culture if the child develops fever and signs of UTI and start antibiotic as per guidance and advice of Urologist or Pediatrician..
3) Repeat DMSA study and Ultrasound Scanning every year till the age of 6 years .
4) Get blood test Renal function tests done every year.
5) Have a frequent check up of the child by a qualified Pediatrician .

We have three reports.... Ultrasound abdomen, mcug, ec scan. I have uploaded the reports also. There is no information on grade... Which I also wanted to know.

Thanks for follow up and uploading scan reports .which revels dilatation of ureter due to partial obstruction of Vesico Ureteric Junction on Rt side with normal cortical thickness suggesting absence of any renal damage .
In view of above findings follow the treatment I have suggested in my reply earlier .This will get resolved as the child grows .
