Brief Answer:
Lithotripsy

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

I have gone through the reports attached by you and I suggest you to undergo lithotripsy for it. It is a non invasive procedure where stones are blasted using ultrasound waves.
Find out a lithotripsy center near you and approach them with your report

I also suggest

1. Drink atleast 4 litres of water a day
2. Avoid chocolates, nuts and aerated drinks
3. Always keep yourself well hydrated

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me

Regards
