What Does This Transvaginal Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Question: Hi, I am going through folliculometry from 13th XXXXXXX on every alternate day, the result of today is that the follicle size from left ovary is 19.3mm and endometrial thickness is 11.2mm.. I would like to know the fertile period so that I can conceive in this cycle..

You will ovulate any time from now.so have intercourse now and again after 8hrs.
19.3mm follicle will rupture now and ovum will be released .ovum has a life of 24 hrs .so you can have intercourse now and at least repeat after 8 hrs twice or thrice.

I had periods on 18 th April, and then on 3rd XXXXXXX I don't have a 30 day cycle, it's 35 days or so, and in last cycle I got periods after 46 days or so..still I am going to ovulate anytime from now..

As I've already said you are going to ovulate any time from now from your folliculometry .
Usually follicle will rupture when it is 20 mm.That is why I said you are going to ovulate.

Have you taken any medicines for induction of ovulation?

Irrespective of your irregular cycles this time you are going to ovulate any time from now.You can confirm by doing an ultrasound scan on Monday. so have intercourse every 8 hrs.

no, I haven't taken any medicines for induction of ovulation, till which date we should have intercourse in this cycle to conceive..

hello doctor, we had sex on 17th early morning n that was last we had till now, as my husband used to have erection problem, then later on he had ejaculation problem, recently both got solved in this February, n this time when I was ovulating he couldn't perform, he didn't get erection on 18th n 19th though we had sex on 15th n 17th XXXXXXX and he ejaculated too, but under pressure he can't get proper erection n this has lowered his confidence so much that he doesn't want to have sex. I understand your situation.
you should have mentioned this before. I would have prescribed some medicines. not to worry.it can be easily treated.I suggest you to consult an XXXXXXX or sexologist in your place.Let them evaluate him.After that medicines will help him.
.If you are taking medicines for ovulation induction then can opt for IUI if his semen parameters are not normal.
