Brief Answer:
Subclinical Hypothyroidism.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern. This level of TSH comes under the category of Subclinical Hypothyroidism.
The great news is that there is no indication of treatment in Subclinical Hypothyroidism.
The treatment is started of TSH levels reach a level of 10 or more.
Treatment in case of Subclinical Hypothyroidism is indicated only in case of any pre existing disease like Cardiac or kidney issues or in case of carrying a pregnancy.
So, in your case there is no indication of any treatment. You just need to keep a watch on your thyroid levels. Get your thyroid profile repeated after 3 month and write back to me by just re opening this discussion so that I can get the reference of our discussion we had.
Just relax. Don't initiate any treatment. Keep a watch on your thyroid profile.
You may carry on with yoga that may help in getting it under control.
I hope my answer helps you.
If you have any further query, please ask me.
Stay Healthy.
