Brief Answer:
Take antibiotics of class carbamapenem and metrondazole

Detailed Answer:
Hello! Thanks for putting your query in HCM. I am a Gastroenterologist (DM). I have gone through your past medical history, and I can understand your concern. I will suggest you to get one more test that is stool culture examination. Meanwhile take a course of antibiotic of carbamapenem group like faropenem for enterobacter. And for dientamoeba take metronidazole. Take these medicines for 10 days. Meanwhile if culture report comes then antibiotics as per report.
I hope I have answered your query and this will help you. If you have any further query I will be happy to answer that too. Remain in touch and get-well soon.

I have had doctor's data csap x 3 which came back with dysbiotic range of 3+ klebsiella pneumoniae ssp, 2+ candida glabrata. Plus moderate yeast, out of range low elastase (72), muscle fibers (few), lactogerrin outside of range 22.6, lysozyme 676, secretary IgA 368, low ph 5.5.

Please respond further and let me know if this question is more appropriately directed to an infectious disease specialist.

Thank you.
I uploaded doctor's data csap x 3 report, could not upload biolhealth 401h which WAS a stool test, by the way. Gluten sensitivity after seven days of gluten consumption tested on day 25 (18 days after last gluten) showed out of range Native & Deamidated Gliadin 33 IgG, equivocal Alpha Gliadin 17-mer IgG and out of range Gliadin-Transglutaminase Complex IgG . this is second message sent today.

thanks.

I did not see this follow up reply you sent 11/3. I have uploaded three reports, which according to the system, were all successful. Please let me know if you do not receive both.

Thank you.
actually, only two of the documents went thru. I will send the third to the email, I suspect it is too long for this portal.

Brief Answer:
take a course of faropenem

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back. I have gone through the reports. Stool examination showed abundant bacteria for which I have earlier suggested you to take antibiotic of carbanapenem group like faropenem. Wheat test appears to be normal. I hope I have satisfied your query. Wish you good health
