Brief Answer:
Can have a baby

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

It looks like you have sperms which are low in number and also sluggish in motility.
Here is what you should do

1. Avoid smoking completely
2. Loose fat if you are over weights
3. Take cold water showers
4. Avoid keeping hot objects like laptops on your lap
5. Avoid eating mint
6. Most importantly wear loose boxer type underwear
7. Have good knowledge about your wife's ovulation cycle
8. If nothing works out then try in vitro fertilisation

If you can get back to me with any medications you are on then I can let you know if that is causing reduced sperm count. If you have any further queries please get back to me

Regards

I d'nt take any meditation so far. If you suggest, I will go ahead. I don't smoke, wont consume alcohol. Should I follow any food diet in my daily life.

There is no medication which is required at the moment for increasing sperm count, please follow the instructions given by me earlier
I recommend you to lose weight if you are over weight and also I recommend cardio exercise in the form of jogging, walking, swimming , etc
