What Does This Semen Analysis Report Indicate?

Question: Hello Doctor,

As per a gynec doctor's advice (trying for a babe) last week have got done Semen analysis test in a lab. Please go through the report and let me know if everything its fine.

We are visiting our genes doctor by next week, just curious to know if everything is fine.

Agglutination positive

I understand your anxiety about the issue.
Your report is normal as far as semen parameters are concerned except the agglutination positive thing which is a matter of concern
In general patients with agglutination positive semen should opt for IUI (in utero insemination) in which your semen will be placed in her uterus directly so as to bypass the effect of antisperm antibodies.

Agglutination positive is because of body's antibody reaction to sperms and usually not very serious and can be managed
