Hello sir thanks for trusting HealthcareMagic
There is nothing to worry if she feels no pain as this mass is most likely benign.
Can you send me the report as well as pictures seem fine only.
Also she can have tablet folic acid daily which will help in preventing further increase

Brief Answer:
MRI and FNAC advised

Detailed Answer:
I have seen the attached reports and there are lymph nodes enlarged as well so in my opinion she needs further evaluation in the form of FNAC and Contrast MRI to evaluate it further
It can be anything from normal to cancerous growth so needs further evaluation for sure

Hello doctor,

Thanks for your reply my question is
1) she underwent a physical examination in January month and everything was perfectly fine so if it is cancerous will it grow in such short duration
2) last 20 days ago she checked her sugar levels and it was very normal within the range , only for the past three days the sugar levels are elevated , doctors always say that only in case of any infection the sugar level rises , can it be a cyst then ,
3) I physical touched the lump in her breast and it's neither too hard nor too soft also if keeps rolling with I touch it. Please help

Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry

Detailed Answer:
I understand your anxiety but it seems like a fibroadenoma and nothing else which is totally benign generally
So just don't be upset as if it had been cancerous it would have increased substantially by now and it is not related to sugar levels either.
Wish her the best of health
