Brief Answer:
Kindly find the detailed information below, Avoid alcohol

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Welcome
I have gone through your query.
Hi you have mentioned the value of 350 to 370 , are you referring it to total cholesterol or TG value. If possible upload the entire lipid profile report.

Most important is to find out the cause if your derangement in Lipid profile (Dyslipidemia). Which is obvious in your case as value of 370 is high for both Total cholesterol and TG
Most common causes are obesity, diabetes, Hypertension, thyroid disorders.

I would like to know a few things :
1. Since when are you having this?
2. Did you have any problems for which your lipid profile was done?
3. Any history of diabetes ,Thyroid,?
4. Are you overweight?

You have mentioned about hypertension and alcohol can b also be responsible for lipid derangement. Blood pressure should be kept within the normal range and consumption of alcohol should be restricted.

Your GGT is also elevated. In your case, based on the information I feel it is due to alcohol induced liver damage and hence you have to restrict alcohol consumption. Apart from this I would also suggest you to get an ultrasound abdomen done to check the status of liver .
You also need to exercise daily which should include brisk walking for atleast 30 minutes a day. Avoid junk food, oily food, potato, rice.Take more of fibers and fruits in diet.

Hope this helps.
Take care

Hi

Thanks for providing the information.
Your lipids value are high and it requires medicines ( lipid lowering agents -- statins). These are prescription based agents, so kindly see physician for examination and for prescription of the medicines.
Along with it you also have to follow the non pharmacological measures ( exercise and diet -- mentioned in the first post)
Alcohol need to stopped. You have to get an ultrasound abdomen and LFT (liver function test) as mentioned earlier.
