Brief Answer:
Please upload complete echocardiogram report.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.

I can certainly understand your concern.

The decision to operate on an ASD depends on various parameters like pressure gradient.

I request you to kindly upload the complete echocardiogram report of your baby in order to derive more scientific information and guide you accordingly.

Further, I would like to know if your child is experiencing any symptoms(fever, shortness of breath, difficulty to thrive etc) currently .

Once I receive your answers, I will provide accurate guidance.

Thank you.

Brief Answer:
ASD likely to go for spontaneous closure.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.

I have worked through your query in detail.

This ASD is most likely to go for spontaneous closure as the child grows.

As of now all the remaining echo parameters seems to be normal.

Have a semiannual follow up echo to check for the condition of ASD.

No medications are required at this moment.

Post your further queries if any.

Thank you.

Brief Answer:
These represent Minor symptoms.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Madam/Sir.

I can certainly understand your concern.

These are minor symptoms with regards to ASD and you need not worry much.

You should report to your doctor immediately only when one of the following symptoms arise.

1.Shortness of breath

2.Difficulty in feeding

3.Unexplained fever.

4.Bluish discolouration of extremities.

But as of now, such symptoms are rarely expected in your baby' s case.

Hence I advise you to go for a periodic /6 monthly interval of Echo.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
