What Does This Chest X-ray Report Indicate?

Question: In my chest xray doctor wrote "Minimal right worse than left perihilar peribronchial thickening" and he wrote also"the pleural spaces are clear!? What deos thst mean?
Is it a serious problem?

I do it for TB test. My xray images with me hard copy. I dont know how to send it.

Yes doctor im really worry. He just said its indicate history contact with TB, asymptomatic.
Didn't say something clear. And regarding perihilar bronchial thickening wall he said may reflect underlying process. He also wrote" otherwise no lung mass or condsolidation. No destructive bone lesion"
Im now TB positive??

About xray image, its not in my phone. It hard copy film. I try to take clear pic by my phone but I faild. You know film need a right position to be clear.

No need to worry for active tuberculosis as you are asymptomatic.
Sometimes previous lung infection can also show such x ray findings.
So please let me know
1. Do you have any previous history of tuberculosis or lung infection?
2. Do you smoke?
