Brief Answer:
Regarding your positive VDRL test

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I am dr.kakkar (dermatologist and venereologist). I have gone through your query and I have noted your concern.

You may show to a venereologist. VDRL positive means that you may or may not have syphilis. You must also test for TPHA for confirmation as well as do VDRL titres.

Regards

Brief Answer:
Regarding your VDRL test report

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Yes, you may repeat VDRL (along with its titres) in addition to these other STD screening tests(HIV, HSV type 1 &2 IgM and IgG).
You must also go for a TPHA test which is a specific test for syphilis
