What Does This Blood Report Indicate?

Question: Two weeks ago I had a routine physical. Results.....elevated bilirubin 148, ........A1C 6.1.
Last week tested negative for all Hepatitus.....A1C now 5.5.

What is next step to determine why liver not breaking down red blood cells....elevated bilirubin ?
