Question: Hello Doc,
Please find my attached B12 report. I just want to know about the results and what should be medicine if value is lower than recommande.

Your Vitamin B12 level is normal and nothing needs to be done about it. However, you might benefit from reading:

In case the Vitamin B12 level is lower than recommended, it needs to be ascertained whether the deficiency is in case of the intrinsic factor (essential for absorption) or the extrinsic factor (Vitamin B12 itself). In case there is no deficiency of intrinsic factor, simple supplementation of Vitamin B12 should suffice.
