What Does This Blood Report Indicate?

Question: My son is suffering from fever since last 10 days, ranging from 99F to 104F. He is taking 500mg Ciprobid twice a day since last 5 days. His blood test shows Hb 17.2 and WBC is 6.6. What investigations does he need.
