What Does This Blood Report Indicate?

Question: I have high IgE calculation 1800. Eosinophil level is 7.0. I also tested IgA it is 4.05 ( normal range 1 to 4). IgM 1.02 ( normal). IgG 11.27 (normal). I tested allergy by blood test and found allergic to mold pollen dust. I have chronic cough since last 2 years and have persistent post nasal drip. I have also recurrent loose motion. I am taking airtec capsule inhaler 2 times a day with 1 time glemont f tab and fluticasone nasal spray 2 times a day. But no improvement.

By your history and description, possibility of allergic disease is more.
You are taking correct drugs for allergy. But you are still not improving.
Last resort of allergy treatment is immunotherapy.
It consists of subcutaneous immunotherapy (SCIT), Sublingual immunotherapy (SLIT), Omalizumab (monoclonal antibodies) etc.
So better to consult allergist and discuss all these.
Identification of allergen and if possible complete avoidance of it is needed for allergy.
