Brief Answer:
Get done food allergy testing.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, possibility of allergic disease is more.
Along with molds, pollens and dust, you might be having food allergies also because you are having recurrent diarrhoea.
So better to get done food allergy testing.
Best treatment of allergy is identification of allergen and if possible complete avoidance of it. So wear face mask all the time you are exposed to dust, pollens and molds. Also avoid food if you are positive on food allergy testing is positive.
So consult allergy specialist and discuss all these.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.

My IgA level is very minutely high. .05 more. Is it significant? I did food allergy test and found problem with pea nuts, mung dal, eggs etc. Are my pathology reports indicating towards any auto immune diseases or am I immuno compromised?

I can understand your concern.
No need to worry for slightly raised IgA level.
And your immunoglobulin levels are not indicating any auto immune disease or low immunity. So don't worry about these also.
You are having allergic disease due to food and other allergies. Try to avoid all the allergens as much as possible.
Avoidance is the best treatment for allergy.

Just the last question.

I can understand your concern.
No your reports does not suggestive of HIV infection. Actually HIV infection does not show immediate effect on blood reports. HIV infection remains dormant for 2-3 years in the body.
In HIV infection, immunocompromised state is seen. In this low levels of immunoglobulin are seen.
Please let me know
1. Have you ever undergone HIV testing?

My cbc report everything normal except high eosinophil. It is 7.0 right now.

I never tested with western blot method. I did 3 hiv tests after that exposure. 1st one done using CMIA after 6 months of exposure. 2nd one done in the same method after 1 year of exposure. 3rd one by tridot method after 1 year 6 months.
I dont have weight loss or fever. Except persistent cough and recent loose motion or sometimes knee pain i dont have any other symptom.

Brief Answer:
No need to worry HIV.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Since you are having three negative tests, possibility of HIV infection is very very low.
Western blot method is more specific than these tests. So if you want to reconfirm your negative status then get done western blot test. If it is negative then you are 100% negative fir HIV.

Doctosaab. I became really nervous after getting your answer. 8 thought testing after 1 year 6 months with 3rd generation antibody is 100% confirmed test. Shall i need to go for western blot? I heard it is a confirmatory test.

I can understand your concern. My intention was not to threaten you.
You will definitely negative test because your three tests are negative.
Western blot is just to confirm the fact. If this is normal then you are 100% HIV free.
So don't panic. It's fine if you don't get western blot done.
