What Does This Blood Report Indicate?

Question: I feel very tired. I'm confued about my lab report. Doctors ask me to take another test. Here is the lab report
RBC COUNT 2.31 millions/ c.mm
HEMOGLOBIN. 9.4 gm/dl
PACKED CELL VOLUME (HCT). 27.5%
TOTAL LEUCOCYTES 2930 cells/c.mm
PLATELET COUNT. 0.60 lakhs/c.mm
ESR (1hour) 58mm

Pls advice me.
