What Does This Biopsy Report Indicate?

Question: hello doctor,

I had observed a big lump in my left breast last month. I went to a gyn and she ordered for an ultrasound. The ultrasound report recommended for a biopsy to be done. Since the lump was big, my surgeon recommended me for an excisional biopsy which was done around 2 weeks back.
I am attaching my biopsy report here.
Please review it and let me know if any further treatment/medications/tests are required ?
Also, even though the lump has been removed, i still feel a lump like hardness near the incision. Also, there is a lot of dryness around my nipple and the aerola looks cracked. My surgeon has prescribed me to use some moisturizsr like vaseline which is helping.
But i am just worried about the reason for this dryness as it is present only with my left breast.
Could you please let me know if there is anything serious ?

Thanks
doctor

Brief Answer:
No further treatment needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The biopsy report suggests the mass to be a tubular adenoma which is a benign breast growth. Since complete excision has been done no further treatment is needed.
The hardness near the incision is due to a local tissue swelling and fibrosis. It will gradually soften with time. The dryness in the nipple can be incidental. It will improve with regular use of moisturizer.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
