Brief Answer:
All recommended

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Anomaly scan is advised at 18-20 weeks of pregnancy to rule out any major congenital anomalies in the fetus.
It is highly advisable to get this scan done.
Moreover, ultrasound is not at all harmful for the fetus or mother.
Iron and calcium are advised for supplementation in pregnancy, due to increased needs of pregnancy, and it is absolutely harmless for the mother and fetus.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Thanks Doctor , we will be going for all the tests now .

One more thing , sometime my wife feels pain in her stomach or abdomen.
its not regularly , like it happens once in a month , and it continue up-to five minutes.

it happened for two times in 20 weeks of pregnancy , she cant stand properly during the pain and has to sit or lay down in bed

is it normal during pregnancy , or we have to get it checked
