Question: pap stain of smears shows inflammatory smear pattern with plenty polymorphs and organism in the background. no dyskaryotic cell seen. is the uterus is normal or requird operation for treatment

I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
The pap smear is suggestive of vaginal and cervical infection. There is no evidence of any cancer or premalignant lesion.
Infection should be treated with antibiotics.
There is absolutely no need of surgery if there is no other pathology apart from this pap smear.
