Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar, a neurologist, here to answer your query.

Focal gliotic changes on MRI should not be causing these symptoms.
These are suggestive of a psychogenic etiology.Meanwhile, please continue the medicines as suggested by your psychiatrist and keep in his follow-up.

Brief Answer:
As follows:

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX XXXX,
Thanks for being in follow-up.

I searched QDT 300 on internet but could not find its composition. Please see on the strip and tell what drug does it compose of?
Further, please upload your PET CT report,on the basis of which your doctor changed your medicine.
You can continue mylitrans with no problems.Qming SR 50 is antipsychotic and I shall tell you whether to replace it with QDT 300 or continue with the same.

Once I know what is in QDT 300,I shall be well placed to tell whether it effects kidney or not.Other medicines do not cause a problem.
Of course, you can consult ENT specialist for dizziness as most common causes for the same are ear related. However,If it is not an ear related pathology, you should sought for a neurology consultation.

Please tell details required so that I can answer your query further.

Regards
Dr.Ajay Panwar,
