Fibroadenosis is extremely common during reproductive life in females.
It is a benign condition and the risk of breast cancer is very low.

However may I ask you the following:
1. When did you notice the swelling? Is it one sided?
2. Do you have other symptoms like pain, discharge, change is shape or location of nipples?
3. Do you have any close family member (mother or sister) having similar problem or breast cancer?

Awaiting your reply.

Brief Answer:
Clinical examination and Mammography recommended

Detailed Answer:
Dear Ma'am, Hi
Thanks for your reply.
Noted the contents.

1. Risk of breast cancer with fibroadenosis is low.
Do not worry, relax and get yourself examined by your doctor.
2. A mammography & open biopsy is needed to rule out the possibility of cancer
3. If you experience pain a simple analgesic like Paracetamol or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) like Ibuprofen will help.
4. Certain life style modifications may help in regression of the swelling

Avoiding excess fat in diet
Increasing intake of fresh fruits and vegetables with high vitamin content
Avoiding excess coffee and chocolates
Reducing high salt intake in diet

Hope the suggestions given above could be useful.
