Detailed Answer:
Hi Mr XXXXXXX
Welcome, This is Dr Sameer, cardiologist from Fortis Hospital.
Diabetic patients especially XXXXXXX are very prone to develope cardiac disease.
Your ECG is suggestive of old heart attack(q wave in III, aVF) which you must be unaware of.
Angio is showing non obstructive disease & is showing recanalization of the artery (which was RCA, which is now showing 30% block).
In simple language, RCA, which is one of the three main arteries of heart, which was once significantly blocked(>90%) during heart attack period has opened up & is not significantly blocked now (recanalized).
Treatment is medical management only which should include a blood thinner (Aspirin/Ecosprin), a cholesterol reducing drug (statin - Atorvastatin/ Rosuvastatin) & a beta blocker (if heart rate is high). Drugs for sugar has to continue as before.
This is very important to sugar in control.
Stenting(Angioplasty) is indicated only in blockages >70%.
Avoid fatty food, exercise regularly, avoid smoking, take your medicine regularly & you will be absolutely fine.
If you have any further query, I'll be happy to help.
Thanks
Take care.
