Brief Answer:
Perfectly normal ecg

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Firstly thanks for choosing health care magic to ask your query!

Have seen your ecg ,its perfectly normal; in sinus rhythm.
-Progression of R wave is normal.
-There are no hyper acute T waves.
-There are no significant ST-T changes in ecg.
-No J point elevation is there.
-q Waves can not be appreciated.
Hence your ecg is not suggestive of any cardiac event.

At a age of 30, its very unlikely to have a coronary artery disease unless you are a chronic smoker or there is a strong history of cardiac diseases in your family.

Some of the conditions which causes left sided pain mimicing pain of cardiac origin are-
Gastritis
Acid peptic disorder
Heart burn
Peptic ulcers
Severe anxiety
Muscular origin pain.

Advised
Give me your detailed history ,do you have any of the problems mentioned above ?
Does this pain radiates to your arm or neck or towards your abdomen?
What was the duration of pain, and how it subsided?
Do you have acid peptic disorder or gas problem ?
Do you feel heart burns?
Are you a smoker or alcoholic?
What are you anxiety levels?
how is your sleep cycle?
Was the pain related to exertion?

Most likely your pain is non cardiac in origin , so answer these questions carefully ,so that i can tell you the cause of pain.
In case you have any more query ,feel free to ask,i would be happy to help you!

Brief Answer:
Follow the advice

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Gastritis ,heartburn and elevated anxiety levels are the cause of symptom in your case,as suspected by me earlier.

Take a proton pump inhibitor like rabeprazole plus domperidone for atleast 14 days(this will take care of gastritis and heart burn).

For your elevated anxiety level and improper sleep i would like to suggest you a benzodiazepene like alprazoram or clonazepam for few weeks.

You can discuss these options with your cardiologist and can get a prescription.

Apart from medicaton strict life style modification is advised,
45 minutes of strenous exercise daily
Avoid oily ,fatty and junk food.
Don't take butter or ghee instead take rice XXXXXXX oil and olive oil.
Drink plenty of water .
50-70 ml of alcohol twice a week can be taken.

You would feel much better in 2 weeks.
In case you have any more query ,feel free to ask,i would be happy to help you!

Advice
-Don't panic ,follow what i said and you will be fine soon.
-Don't overthink about your problems,it increases the subconcious anxiety levels of our mind.

Thank you,
Dr Rishu Saxena
