What Does The Semen Analysis Report Indicate?

Question: Hi !
What is the normal motility range for semen analysis ?
I did a semen analysis and the result shows
Rapid progressive - 19%
Slow progressive - 17%
Non progressive - 24%
Immotile - 0%

Is this normal

I understand your concerns about reduced motility.

Rapid and slow progressive motility together should be 50%. Your motility is 36% which is low. This is called Asthenospermia.

Hi

It is not very bad to need medicines.

Follow the advice Below

1. Stop smoking and alcohol use if you have habits.

2. Exercise daily at least for 30 minutes.

3. Eat low calorie diet.

4. Lose weight if you are overweight.

5. Recheck semen analysis after 3 months to see improvements
