- Mold & candida in sputum means that there is some ongoing fungal infection in lungs. These two terminologies represent fungus. Your history is telling that you are taking steroid nasal spray. I would STRONGLY recommend you to stop taking steroids because steroids aggravates fungal infection.

- MRSA means "Methicillin Resistant Staph Aureus". It is a resistant bacteria who is not killed by ordinary antibiotic medicines AND require more strong ones like clindamycin, trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole or linezolid. Further invasive strains may require i/v Vancomycin therapy.

If not already taken then visit hospital & get an appointment for a "Consultant Pulmonologist" who is specialized in dealing with chest diseases. He will perform detailed workup and then will give prescription according to severity of disease.
