Brief Answer:
Finding suggests that lungs are over expanded.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

X-ray finding suggests that lungs are over expanded resulting in large lung volume. There are also coarse bronchovascular markings. These findings suggests COPD(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease)like chronic asthma, bronchitis etc. This need clinical correlation and treatment of underlying disease.

There are no signs of consolidation(infection)or collapse(loss of lung volume).
Heart size is also normal.
