Brief Answer:
Please, upload the full report for best and helpful response.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query,

Please, I will suggest that you upload a copy of this result for interpretation and comments. Grossly, these findings could be normal. Cyst in the ovary may be consistent with the phase of your menstrual cycle. How many days after your menses did you get this ultrasound done? What were the various reasons for which you had this test done as interpretation would be closely guided by our clinical suspicion. The link to upload is located on the right of your dashboard on the site interface.

I look forward getting more details from you to provide a complete understanding and recommendations about these findings.

Brief Answer:
Please, provide more information..TAke pain medications for now!

Detailed Answer:
The sizes of these cysts are very tiny and really not suggestive of a cyst that needs beyond medical treatment. To me I will suggest that you get a good pain medication to control these pains. 15days after your menses coincides to when growing eggs(cysts) are at their biggest diameter and about to rupture and release the egg. This may be the reason why you are in pains during this period. Otherwise, the sizes reported here are minimal.

Have you had any possible STDs Any abnormal discharge? Any pains during intercourse?

I hope to hear from you on the above. An if possible, I really what to se the full version of your ultrasound report to see all the reported findings.
