What Does The Following Ultrasound Report Indicate?

Question: Sir my pedal is swelling for last six months pathological reports shows normal blood urea, creatine, LFT, RBS, Hemogram shows esionophil 10,urine normal, X-ray PA view chest normal. But my USG report shows1. Mild hepatomegaly with fatty change 2. Distended gas filled bowl loops seen through out abdominal cavity 3. Grade - I prostatomegaly.what is the solution?

Please provide additional information:

Since when are you taking Torsemide?
Are the toes swollen or normal?
Please describe the extent of swelling.
Please post the clear and focused pictures of the swollen area, feet with toes. You can simply upload them at the reports section.

I would advise the following:

Serum proteins.
Ultrasound with color Doppler examination of both lower limbs, particularly for varicose veins.
Thyroid function tests.
