Brief Answer:
its a normal scan report

Detailed Answer:
HELLO,
Thanks for the query to HCM,

I have gone through the report and it indicates a perfectly normal report which indicates that the baby growth is corresponding to the period of gestation.
You must concentrate on the gestational age by ultrasound which is close to 31 weeks +3 days and is close to 30+ 5 days.
Discrepancy of 10 percent is always taken in consideration with respect to the actual growth parameters to cover individuals and measuring technique errors.
BPD alone is never considered alone when growth parameters is concerned, so please don't be worried.
The scan is absolutely normal for the gestational age.
regards
