Brief Answer:
Need some more details.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

The report is near normal except for fatty liver and suspicion of gall bladder growths. We would need some more information.
1. Please do let me know why you got the Ultrasound done.
2. Was there pain in the abdomen. If yes, where?
3. Do you have jaundice?
4. How are your stools and their colour and frequency.
5. What is your alcohol intake per week?
6. Do you have Diabetes or any other illnesses for which you take some regular medication?

I would be able to suggest you better once we have this information.

Without the information, I can only say that Fatty liver is suggestive of increased alcohol intake or deranged cholesterol. You can get a lipid profile blood test done.

For the gall bladder problem, I would suggest a repeat Ultrasound by another Radiologist to see whether he also picks up similar findings. If that is not possible then a CT abdomen. But without knowing complete history CT should not be advised. So please do let me know the details and I can advice further.

Take care.

Brief Answer:
Get the investigations done as suggested.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for your reply.
In view of your answers I suggest you get blood investigations done for liver function tests, lipid profile, HbsAg and Anti HCV. Also get a repeat Ultrasound by a different Radiologist as I suggested earlier. If you can get a Fibroscan done for the liver it would be very good. You will have to discuss this woth your Doctor or a Gastroenterologist.
Till then I suggest you take some Gastritis medications which should help decrease the pain. I usually advice my patients Tab Pantoprazole 40mg twice a day half an hour before meals.
Do let me know the reports so that I can advice you accordingly.
Take care.
