What Does The Following Thyroid Profile Result Indicate?

I have been having problems with fatigue, major weight gain, clinical depression, insomnia, muscle aches, brittle nails and hair
a recent bloodtest showed TPO Ab as high at 424.00 (scale was 0.00-35.00 IU/ml). T4, TSH, Free T3 were all within normal range. Could this indicate Hashimoto's?

Noted your concern.
The elevated Anti TPO antibody suggests that you have Hashimoto's thyroiditis. Your Free T4 and TSH are normal now. However, there is a future risk of hypothyroidism since Anti TPO is elevated. You may also develop slight neck swelling due to thyroiditis.
Currently you do not require any medicines. However, there is some evidence that, selenium ( a mineral) can reduce anti TPO levels. You could try that for few months. May I suggest you to get the Free T4 and TSH repeated after 3 months.

please get a thyroid function test after 3 months and if the TSH start to rise above normal, please meet an endocrinologist. A defenite diagnosis is already made based on the high Anti TPO levels. If you have a thyroid swelling, an ultrasound scan should be done.There are no further tests required at this stage.
