Brief Answer:
All values within normal range.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX XXXXXXX
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Jyothi BL and I will be answering your query.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:
1. Immunoglobulin G - important antibody of the immune system IgG of 876 is within the normal range, suggesting good antibody immunity.
2. IgA - immunoglobulin A - A surface level antibody is also within the normal range, suggesting good immunity in respiratory system and gastro intestinal tract.
3. Imm Gran auto is 0.2% - The normal range is 0-0.5%. It is within the normal range. Increase in this range above 0.5% suggests infection. Too high like 10-15% would suggest leukemia.
4. Basophil Auto 0.2% is normal. Upto 0.5% is normal. It can be raised in allergy. Auto means - using machine or automated method.
5. MPV is mean platelet volume - The size of the platelets is within normal range. It varies from 9.5-12.5
6. Imm Gran Absolute - Upto 0.05% is normal. It is based on a 100 cell count. As it is normal, no infections possibly

Hope it helps.

These immunological tests were ordered because I have experienced a ten week period where I could not get well and stay well. I had pneumonia followed by two bouts of the flu. I felt weak and could not function in the way I am used to functioning. In addition I had a red ,scaly rash on my eyelids and under my eyes which also included swelling, peeling of skin on eyelids and under eyes, discharge and tears, double vision in right eye and blurred vision in left eye which still exist. Is there any answer to this experience that you can see from the scores I sent? Thank you.

Brief Answer:
These reports are normal - Not suggestive of anything.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking again.

Based on available reports, I cannot think of anything.

It appears to be an eyelid infection, involving eye. Will require ophthalmologist opinion.
Pneumonia - as you have suggested could be viral in origin, which possibly reduced your overall stamina, making you weak. The values provided look into antibody mediated immunity. Viral infection is lymphocyte cell mediated. Lymphocyte counts and percentage is important for viral infections

Improved nutrition along with adequate hydration is necessary.
Ophthalmologist opinion necessary for eye, possibly corneal abrasion or mostly lens injury. Evaluation necessary by specialist.

Hope it helps.
