Brief Answer:
Brain suffering with compression, upload the images.

Detailed Answer:
Dear,

I am sorry for the result of examination

It seems there is something which is compressing the brain that's why midline shift is seen.
If you provide me with images (upload them on our page) I would be more helpful to find the cause of the shift.
All the other parameters are normal
Does the patient has any complain or can you explain his actual status?
Midline shift is an emergency so the patient need to be treated in hospital

Hope my answer will help you
