Brief Answer:
Suggests long-term inflammation of paranasal sinuses

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir

I have worked through your attached reports

This shows that you have long-term inflammation of the sinuses

Sinuses are air filled spaces around the nose located in the facial bones

If you have significant distressing symptoms of blocked nose, it's advisable to go for a surgical procedure called FESS -Functional endoscopic sinus surgery

This will offer near cure.

Thank you.

I did have polyp surgery about 5 years ago..it was terrible. I do not want to experience that again. The Dr said he had a hard time getting into my upper left
(my right if you face me). I constantly feel tired in my eyes and have had pressure.
I wonder if this issue could be affecting my eyesight?
I have tried doing sinus washes, but I never feel like it gets up where needed.
I have used Nasacort and Flonase with very little effect.
Are there any other alternatives to surgery?

Brief Answer:
Experienced surgeon is the key of the hour

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir.

Yes certainly, thus can indeed affect the eye sight to a significant extent.

Sinus washes will only provide temporary solution.

Polyp surgery earlier in your case might have took place under inexperienced hands.

There is no alternative to surgery, that can cure your condition.

Consultation with an expert and an experienced surgeon will completely cure your issues.Trust me.

Post your further questions if any.
Thank you.
