Question: Ive had stuffed up nose for over 2 months. Used nasacort and azelstine but they dont help. Use vicks at night. I have tinnitus. What can i take to clear this up

Welcome to Healthcare Magic and thanks for putting up the query.
Nasal stuffiness can be due to nasal mucosal hypertrophy or a deviated nasal septum. it might be causing eustachian tube blockage leading to tinnitus. You should get a xray paranasal sinuses done and a pure tone audiometry done and send me the report.
Take a combination of levocetrizine plus pseudoephedrine twice daily for a week along with nasal spray.
All the medicine prescribed by me will be available only on prescription.
Follow up with the required information so that I can suggest you better.
Avoid any ear phones usage or excessive XXXXXXX use.
Take steam inhalation and chew a gum.
