What Does The Following Semen Analysis Report Indicate?
Question: Myself an my wife trying for child for past 2 years and 10 months. My wife's report is normal. My sperm count was around 40 million, Progressive Motility-25 and total motility of 55. Last month we found that the concentration of my sperm is 9.23 and the doctor suggested me 3 medicines.
1. Fertisure-M
2. Clome-25
3. Nurokind Gold Powder.
After 1.5 months when i took the semen analysis today, i found that the sperm count got increase to 62.91 million, but the concentration was just increased to 9.83 and the Progressive motility went suddenly down to 4.73 and the total motility was 10.73.
Need to know how come the progressive motility get reduced drastically from 25 to 4.73 and total motility to 10.73. We didn't have intercourse for past 20 days.
I am scared if i took wrong tablets. Kindly suggest.

I have read your query and understand your concern.
Very frankly speaking these medicines which you are consuming are of no role in your treatment. These medicines are not wrong and don't cause any harm,but they are given in people who are having hormonal deficiencies or nutritional deficiencies.
Your case is not that.
There are so many fluctuations in the semen analysis on week to week basis,that it becomes difficult to understand on the part of a normal person like you.
Ideally speaking nothing is going to help you increase the quality of your semen and moreover it will gradually deteriorate more as the time advances. Moreover gradually and gradually ovarian reserve of your wife would also get lower,
Chances of achieving conception by normal intercourse is very very less rather,as good as nil.
My suggestion to you is that don't waste time and go to some fertility expert and get IUI first and if it fails,then go for either IVF or ICSI.
I know it must be sounding bizarre to you but it is a practical reality which has been told to you straight away and bluntly.
