Brief Answer:
It is not a serious problem and pregnancy is favorable

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX bs9,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.

1. The ultrasound scan report shows a 12 mm calcification in the lower segment of uterus. This can result from an
(i) scar from earlier caesarean section
(ii) earlier mild infection in the uterus
(iii) from earlier done dilatation and curettage
(iv) small fibroid in the uterus which has calcified with time
(v) old endometrial hemorrhage which has calcified

In any case this is not a serious problem and pregnancy is favorable if there is no other problem.

Hope your query is answered.
Please do write back if you have any doubts.
