Brief Answer:
Could be due to infective hepatitis.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I Have gone through your query and understand your concerns. It is quite clear from the report that you have jaundice. Jaundice can occur due to a number of causes, infective viral hepatitis being the most common cause. In order to confirm on the cause you would need to get a hepatitis panel test done (tests for Hepatitis A, B and C).

As such the main treatment of hepatitis is simple rest, giving the liver time to recover. Medicines are usually not helpful. This is because they need to be processed by the liver and therefore increase the taxation on the liver (rather than relieving it). A bland dlet is advisable.

Let me know if I could guide you further.

Brief Answer:
Attachment problem

Detailed Answer:
Thanks again for writing back. Tried to check the attachment but same problem once again. Seems to be a problem with the format. Could you please mention the LFT, sonography (just the inference portion) and other relevant reports manually in text format?

Going by the description I do not think that medicines will help. As I have already explained, instead of doing good you would rather end up with taxing the liver even more by giving more medicines to detoxify.

Regards
