Brief Answer:
History suggests cancer thyroid, upload other reports for more information.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.
Thyroidectomy is done for neoplasm of thyroid and not adrenal gland.
To know the exact nature and character of thyroidectomy specimen, you need to post the histopathology report. XXXXXXX is given for malignancy of thyroid gland so it can be assumed that there was a cancer or malignancy in thyroid gland.
Secondly, eosinophilia can occur due to various causes like parasitic infection, allergy to various items like environmental pollutants, food items, drugs etc.
There is no uploaded report.
Kindly, upload the reports for more information.

Thanks and take care

Brief Answer:
Thyroid carcinoma is papillary type which has good prognosis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome again,
The histopathology report shows that the thyroid tumor is papillary carcinoma type.
After surgery XXXXXXX has to be given which is already planned by your doctor.
The papillary carcinoma has good prognosis and you can expect a favorable outcome.
Regarding your blood report eosinophils are on lower side but there is nothing to worry.
All other blood parameters are within normal range.

Brief Answer:
Margins are negative, cauterization is done to limit the tumor mass.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome again,
The tumor margins are negative.
This means that tumor does not extend beyond the thyroid gland.
Cauterization is a procedure to limit the tumor or to burn off the tumor so that it becomes less bulky.
