Question: Hello Doctor,

I had gone for a blood test and after my blood test got over i could see some red marks on my hand.
I am attaching a picture for the same.

Please help.

Thanks for the query

I have seen the picture you have attached, it looks like there is extravasation of blood under skin from where the blood was drawn. It is normal and it does not require any treatment. The discolouration will settle down on its own within a week. Avoid meddling with the area and sctraching over the area
