Brief Answer:
Need details

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your blood report, but I would request you upload all reports.
I would like to ask you few more details
Do you consume alcohol and do you smoke?
Have you ever checked thyroid profile?
Do you have any history of kidney stones?
Do you have overweight?
Have you done vitamin D and vitamin B 12 blood tests?
Do you have any history of liver diseases?
Do you have any symptoms, if yes, please let me know? Like: muscle fatigue, weakness, sweating, abdominal pain or any other symptoms.

Kindly get back to me with details and history then I can give you some suggestions.

Now according to your above blood report:
Serum creatinine 0.6 to 1.1 is considered as normal range, so your value is within normal limits.
Need not to worry about MCV and MCH. may be due to low level of vitamin B12.
Eosinophil count indicates allergy in your body.
GGT level is increased which may indicates liver or gall bladder problem or may be due to alcohol consumption.

Lipid profile:
Triglyceride less than 200 is considered as normal.
HDL (Good cholesterol) should be > 40
LDL (Bad cholesterol) is increased hence ratio also increased. For this you need not take any medication, you have to do regular physical exercises and should eat healthy diet.
And you have to repeat the lipid profile after 3 months; if it will still high after marinating diet and exercise then you need to start medication like Statins.

Kindly revert back to me with details.

Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Suggestions below

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone thorugh your reports (27/09/2014).

Yes, I found that your bilurubin level is high and GGT levels are increased, these are mostly due to post surgery status. or may be liver inflammation.

I suggest you get test done like Vitamin b12 (due to slightly increased MCV and MCH) and vitamin D.
Vitamin B12 deficiany also can cause tingling and numb XXXXXXX in foot.
URIC acid level is slightly increased may be due to overweight or any bone inflammation.
I suggest you do 30-45 minutes physical exercises regularly which helpful to reduce cholesterol and uric acid as well.

Discuss all this with your treating doctor. I suggest you repeat LFT along with vitamin B12 and D tests
If foot pain increases then I suggest you visit an Orthopedcian to rule out bone inflammation.
Alcohol intake can increase level of uric acid so I suggest you quit it.

If you have any queries I will be happy to help you.
Thank you
