Brief Answer:
Fatty liver can be the reason.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Your bilirubin level is only slightly elevated. The most common reason of such result is fatty liver, bad diet or recent alcohol abuse. Stone in bile ducts can be the reason as well, however abdominal pain would be present as well.
In case of any serious condition, this level is much way higher. So I would not thing about anything else.

Hope this helps.
Regards.
