Brief Answer:
I don't advise for thyroid medicines based on latest report.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

I don't advise for thyroid medicines based on latest report(June 2015),though it was towards upper limit in earlier report.
Latest TSH value is within normal limit. It is also important to assess clinically.
There is no need of dietary changes due to this finding.I presume that she is following dietary restrictions due to her diabetic status.
It is also important to know her latest blood sugar report.

Generally she should take high fiber diet.

Hope I have answered your question.

Hello Dr XXXXXXX

So we get a diagnosis for my mom BULLOUS PEMPHIGOID (BP). As she was diagnoses with breast cancer. She was treated with lumpectomy, Chemotherapy, and radiation therapy. After the treatment she developed diabetes and neuropathy. Do you think she skin condition BP is from radiation.

She started prednisone. Which has side effects. Causing hyperglycemic effects despite taking Metformin. Have you seen patients with this disorder. And in your opinion is it life threatening? What types of treatment are there?

Thank you!
